Refund policy
All sales are final, as items are manufactured to order. Returns will only be accepted for Products covered under warranty and with prior authorization. A Return Authorization (RA) number can be requested by contacting Customer Service at (425) 483-7000. Please have the following information available: part number, quantity, PO number, invoice or sales order number, and the reason for return. Returned shipments must include all original parts and paperwork. The RA number must appear on the exterior of each individual shipping container. RA numbers expire 45 days from the date of issue.
Damaged Goods
Orders must be inspected upon delivery and should be refused if packing is damaged. Contact Customer Service at (425) 483-7000 immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and correct the issue.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected damaged product, and let you know the status of the return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
